Main uses of Rohitakarishta :
Enlargement of Liver and Spleen (Hepatosplenomegaly) : It helps in bringing the enlarged liver and spleen to normal size, which is called Jipatspleeha Vikar in Ayurveda .
Improves digestion : It improves digestion , provides relief from flatulence (anaha), constipation (vibandha) and abdominal diseases.
Jaundice and Anaemia : It is used in the treatment of jaundice and anemia.
Toxin and worm killer : It helps in removing toxins from the body and reduces stomach worms. Liver protection:
